The property itself is quite large, 143' (front) x 318' (creekside) x 87' (back) x 276'. The house was also only 20 years old, and in excellent shape. Behind the house was a good-sized shed, in excellent condition, with a small work bench. Down the hill to the creek was a second external building, this was huge: a 2-story 25' x 30' garage that I called "the warehouse". Well finished inside (see photos) with wood stove and second floor storage area (up a ladder). You can see the lake from the front deck, and listen to the creek. There was also a wider river or lake feeding the creek at the rear of the house that we haven't explored yet.

It's Coming Together Nicely

http://www.bliffs.com/pauls-blog/its-coming-together-nicely

http://www.bliffs.com/pauls-blog/its-coming-together-nicely#comments

moving

status

I spent the afternoon in a lawyer's office, going over my case against Open Text. It's going very well.. I will probably be in Nova Scotia before it's resolved, but I can fly back for a day or two to sign paperwork if I need to later.Next up, thinning out the condo crap in preparation for staging it for sale. Once that's on the market, I'll be flying down to N.S. to look at properties.
